BYHEALTH transparent factory ( include the Nutrition Exploratorium ) is recognized as a AAAA National Tourist Attraction.
BYHEALTH introduced more than 200 sets of equipment of internationally renowned brands from more than 15 countries, and possessed an intelligent continuous solid preparation production line.
BYHEALTH was the first company that has opened its factory to the public, and has received more than 1.70million visitors since 2012 (as of Jan. 1, 2025).
"Integrity is more important than cleverness" is one of the core values that have been followed and adhered to by BYHEALTH for years. Therefore, the company constantly places quality and safety at the top as priority and continuously enhances the quality management, optimizes production process, purchases precision testing equipment and train quality management personnel. Meanwhile, BYHEALTH supports and improves the quality management with the support of third party testing agencies.
On July 31, 2018, Chairman of BYHEALTH summarized basic quality control philosophy as followed by the company over the years and proposed eight concepts for quality control to be taken as the cornerstone for an enterprise’ survival and development.
Transparent Factory Eight Concepts for Quality Control
1. BYHEALTH sets higher bars than national standards and regulations in all respects.
2. Hold fast to redlines with no fluke mind and nip violation in the bud. Likewise, refrain from delivering products with knowingly health risk but in compliance with laws and regulations! No mercy for acts of the like!
3. Food is an industry on a knife edge. Keep the Sword of Damocles overhead, tread with caution and leave no room for a trace of slackness. Quality is the lifeline of a food producer, and those that err will not get another chance.
4. Quality bears relevance with an enterprise's 'integrity' instead of its means or technology. From God’s-eye view, always have reverence for every life.
5. Glorifying sacrifice or increase of quality risks for any reason is not actually deceit. It’s cheating. Quality is prized above all other factors, e.g., efficiency, benefit cost or undersupply. Quality prevails in any event.
6. Secure professional authority and independence of quality control and make it separate from business.
7. Carry out the brand idea and philosophy to the letter: “With caring mind for families and friends, we Offer customers world-class quality nutrition”. Products not suitable for consumption of our kids, families and friends must NOT be produced or sent to the markets.
8. Integrity is more important than cleverness. Integrity is the cornerstone of the transparent factory, and 100t integrity inscription, always sounds a cautionary note to all BYHEALTH people.
