BYHEALTH Tops Tmall and JD “Double Eleven” Sales Rankings Again

Winding up the 2021 Double Eleven shopping spree, all platforms disclosed sales results in all sectors, among which, healthcare consumption was conspicuous in particular. From 20:00 October 20 to 24:00 November 11, Vitamin & Dietary Supplements (VDS) industry leader BYHEALTH achieved a 38.3% surge in the whole network sales (CNY 600 million). With sales exceeding 100 million yuan both at Tmall and JD.com, the brand topped sales rankings for diverse categories and outperformed peers in JD and Tmall brand sales rankings for 3 consecutive years.

 

“BYHEALTH” was rated the best-seller VDS brand at Tmall during the Double 11 Global Shopping Festival, Alibaba data suggest. Amongst all domestic healthcare/VDS brands, BYHEALTH was the first whose sales hit 100 million yuan at Tmall and the turnover ranked first for protein powder, collagen and other categories at Alibaba platforms. During the Double 11 Shopping Festival, data from JD.COM reveal that “BYHEALTH” won the TOP 1 of nutrition and health brand on JD.COM. Other laurels for the brand include Top 1 at nutrition brand sales rankings, Top 1 among own store sales of nutrition bands, and Top 1 at protein powder product sales rankings. (Source: sz.jd.com)

It should be noted that BYHEALTH's brands also made striking increase in the whole network sales. "Life-Space" and "JIANSHIJIA" grew 50% year-on year, "Nature's Bay" soared 100% and "BYHEALTH" skyrocketed 200%.

BYHEALTH's outstanding performance during the Double 11 Shopping Festival tallied with its status as an industry leader in recent years. According to Euromonitor, in China's Vitamin & Dietary Supplements industy in 2020, BYHEALTH ranked first in market share of 10.3%. Against the backdrop of growing awareness of national health and upgrading of health consumption, consumers become wiser in selecting nutrition and health products and opt for well-known brands, indicating more sources channeled to industry leaders.
