BY-HEALTH acquires Penta-vite, an Australia brand with 70-year history

On May 31, BY-HEALTH announces acquisition of Penta-vite, a child nutrition supplement brand with more than 70 years of history from Bayer with 21 million Australian dollars.

Penta-vite, founded in 1940 in Australia, was under the control of Fortune Global 500 Roche before acquired by Bayer in 2004, another Fortune Global 500 company. Penta-vite, specializing in nutrition supplements for children aged 0-12, popular among Australian consumers, is one of the professional leading Australia brand in the area of child nutrition.

Following acquiring Life-space, the acquisition of Penta-vite is another international move made by BY-HEALTH，in an effort to further improve its presence in child nutrition market.
